Rigorous Standards for Purity and Safety

From raw botanical sourcing in Indonesian orchards to advanced laboratory verification, every step of our process is built to protect what you put into your body.

The Quality Chain

Eight checkpoints from harvest to your hands

We do not skip steps. Each phase below exists because cutting it would mean shipping a product we would not take ourselves. Here is what happens before any Jangkar Mas supplement reaches a shelf.

Step One

Stringent Ingredient Sourcing

Our quality process begins long before an ingredient reaches our facility. We vet every supplier through a comprehensive audit that examines harvesting practices, environmental impact, and purity history. We prioritize growers who use sustainable methods and avoid harsh chemical pesticides. This farm-to-bottle focus means we start with raw materials that already meet a high standard before any processing begins.

Growers who cannot document their cultivation environment or provide traceability for their harvests do not enter our supply chain. This is the first filter, and it removes most of the risk before it reaches our lab.

Step Two

Advanced Purity Testing

Every batch of raw material undergoes laboratory testing to verify identity and purity. We check for heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and unlisted additives that have no place in a clean supplement. Any material that fails to meet our purity thresholds is rejected and returned to the supplier.

This is not a sampling protocol. We test the specific container that enters our facility, not a representative batch from the same lot. If the container in our hands does not pass, it does not move forward.

Step Three

Standardized Extraction Processes

Our herbal extracts are produced using precise extraction methods that isolate the active compounds of the plant while leaving behind unwanted plant fiber and impurities. By controlling temperature and pressure during extraction, we protect delicate phytonutrients from degradation. The result is a concentrated extract that delivers the same level of benefit in every serving.

Heat that runs too high or solvents that cut corners will strip the compounds that make a botanical worth taking. We hold extraction parameters within narrow bands, and we log them for every run.

Step Four

Verifying Active Concentrations

A supplement can be pure and still fall short if the active concentration does not match the label. We run assay testing on finished products to verify that each capsule contains the exact amount of active ingredients listed. We maintain detailed records of these tests for every production run, ensuring full traceability from raw material to sealed container.

If a batch tests outside the labeled range, it does not ship. The record stays on file regardless, so we can trace any container back to its origin if a question arises later.

Packaging Integrity

Safe and Secure Packaging

Light, heat, and moisture degrade botanical compounds. Our packaging materials provide a robust barrier against these environmental factors so that ingredients remain stable and potent throughout their shelf life. Security seals give you confidence that the product has not been tampered with before reaching your hands.

  • Opaque container walls block UV exposure that breaks down phytonutrients
  • Induction seals confirm the container has not been opened in transit
  • Desiccant inserts manage residual humidity inside the container
Local Alignment

Compliance with Indonesian Regulations

As a Jakarta-based provider, we adhere to the guidelines set by Indonesian health authorities. All product information and safety protocols align with local legal requirements. We stay current with regulatory changes so our standards remain compliant as rules evolve.

Operating from Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 71-73, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan, we hold ourselves to the standards expected of a responsible participant in the Indonesian wellness market.

What This Means for You

The difference between testing and assuming

Many supplements enter the market without verified purity or concentration. Below is how our approach differs from common industry practice on the points that matter most to what you consume.

Checkpoint
Common Industry Practice
Jangkar Mas Standard

Raw Material Origin

Supplier self-reporting; origin documentation often limited to a lot number.

Full audit of harvesting practices, environmental impact, and cultivation methods before the supplier enters our chain.

Contaminant Screening

Batch-level sampling; tests may cover a representative lot rather than the specific container shipped.

Heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and unlisted additives tested on the specific container that enters our facility.

Extraction Control

Temperature and pressure ranges may vary between runs to save time or cost.

Extraction parameters held within narrow bands and logged for every run to protect phytonutrient integrity.

Label Accuracy

Label claims based on formulation math; finished product may not be assay-tested.

Assay testing on the finished product verifies that the active concentration matches the label before it ships.

This comparison reflects our internal protocols versus commonly reported supplement industry practices. It is not a rating of any specific brand.

Evolving Standards

Quality is a journey, not a destination

Our team regularly reviews every process and incorporates new testing technologies as they become available. We also listen to feedback from our customers and use it to refine our product selection and the information we deliver alongside each supplement.

A protocol that was sufficient last year may not be sufficient this year. We would rather update a working process than defend an outdated one.

Accountability and Transparency

If you have a question, we have an answer

We are proud of our quality standards and happy to share information about our processes. If you have questions about where an ingredient comes from or how it was tested, our team is available to provide clear answers. This level of transparency is rare in the supplement industry, but we believe it is essential for building a lasting relationship based on trust.

Questions and Next Steps

Quality standards, in plain language

Do you test every batch or only a sample?

We test the specific container of raw material that enters our facility, not a representative sample from the same lot. If the container in our hands does not pass, it does not move forward into production.

What happens if a batch fails testing?

Any material that fails our purity thresholds is rejected and returned to the supplier. The rejection is recorded. We do not reprocess failed material or blend it into a passing batch to dilute the problem.

Can I ask where a specific ingredient comes from?

Yes. Our team is available to provide clear answers about ingredient origins and testing methods. You can reach us through the contact page, and we will respond with the information you need to make an informed decision.

How do I know the label matches what is inside?

We run assay testing on finished products to verify that the concentration of active ingredients matches the label. If a batch tests outside the labeled range, it does not ship. We keep records of these tests for every production run.
